I wanted a layered cut for my long hair, but the barber who attended me clearly didn’t know much about working with long hair. He even admitted that he only really knows fade styles.
All he did was trim the ends of my hair and that was it. I got charged $37 for basically doing nothing. I didn’t say anything at the time because it was my first visit to this place, but it will probably be my last too. Thanks.

I had a frustrating experience at this barber shop. I booked an appointment for 11:45 for both myself and my dad. There were four barbers working on that moment and i was waiting for my turn.
While I was waiting, several walk-in customers arrived after me and were taken straight to chairs before I was served. I was told that I would need to wait for the same barber who was working on my dad, which didn’t feel fair given that I had also booked in advance and had already been waiting.
I understand that things can get busy, but appointments should be respected, or at least managed more transparently. Better communication and organisation would really improve the customer experience

Best place in Melbourne for all type of haircuts…all barbers are professionally trained and they greet customer so politely that you will feel so good when you become a regular customer…even they give customer priority as per their schedule because everyone has their own busy schedule.
